What does the free intro entail?
You will get a chance to familiarize yourself with a personal tour of the gym, and have any questions answered. We will explain how the classes operate and get a chance to find out more about your goals and how we can help. At the end of everything, we'll put you through a short workout that gives us an understanding of your current abilities, range of motion, and/or limitations, as well as gives you a chance to get a feel for how the workouts can be customized to you!
